This policy explains what information JobQuix ("we", "us") collects when you use jobquix.sbs, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you enter into our tools
Our calculators, quizzes, the ATS keyword checker, the Holland code test and the letter generators run in your web browser. The text and numbers you enter are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers or stored by us. Resume files you open in the ATS keyword checker (PDF, Word or text) are read on your device and are never uploaded.
To let you pick up where you left off, quiz progress and your Holland code test answers are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. We cannot see this data. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Information you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. The form is processed by our hosting provider, Netlify. We use this information only to respond to you and keep it only as long as needed for that purpose.
Log data
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This data is used to keep the site secure and working properly.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use JobQuix, such as which pages are read and which tools are used, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. It does not receive anything you type into our calculators, quizzes or the ATS checker. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
